RADR Web Flasher

Install the current stable RADR firmware over USB or recover a remote that support has asked you to reflash.

Use this tool to install or recover RADR firmware directly from a desktop browser over USB-C.

Use Chrome or Edge on a desktop computer

Web Serial is not available in Safari, Firefox, or mobile browsers. Use a data-capable USB-C cable and close any other app using the serial port.

Before connecting

  1. Stop and disconnect any controlled device.
  2. Note the current firmware version and settings if RADR can still start.
  3. Use a USB data cable, not a charge-only cable, and connect directly to the computer when possible.
  4. Keep the browser tab open and the cable connected until the tool reports completion.

Flashing can replace device firmware and may reset settings. The version shown by the tool is authoritative for that operation; this page does not hard-code a current version.

RADR Web Flasher

Flash your RADR wireless remote with an approved firmware release.

Loading approved firmware...

Instructions:

  1. Connect your RADR to your computer via USB-C
  2. Select an available approved channel
  3. Click the "Connect & Flash" button
  4. Select your RADR from the device list
  5. Wait for the flash to complete

Verify or recover

After a successful flash, power-cycle RADR, confirm the startup version, and verify its menus before reconnecting a device. Reconnect unloaded and test the lowest output and Stop.

If no serial device appears, close other serial tools, reconnect the cable, try another data-capable cable or USB port, and reopen Chrome or Edge. If flashing fails repeatedly, stop retrying and send the browser, operating system, selected version, and last tool message to support.
