Canonical Deep Throat Trainer error lookup with severity, first action, recovery, and support boundaries.
This is the canonical error center. Record the exact text before restarting the device.
| Message | Meaning | First action | Detailed help |
|---|---|---|---|
| E-DTT-1: no internet / check firewall and router | Wi-Fi may be joined, but the online health check failed | test basic network reachability | E-DTT-1 |
| start and end location too close | calibration values do not meet the saved range gap | repeat both positions without pushing beyond comfort | Calibration |
| error sending results | a completion or calibration request did not reach or was not accepted by the server | reconnect and verify the dashboard; do not assume later sync | Offline mode |
| speed too high / too low | measured pace is outside the segment target | adjust only within comfortable control | Training modes |
| ERROR while loading a session | session data could not be used | power-cycle, confirm active template and toy, fetch again online | Templates |
| failed / attempt count | grade is below a template’s pass threshold | stop or retry; lower unsuitable settings in the template | Training and results |
Calibration rejection
Current v2 server validation stores calibration only when the values remain within its 1.5–21.5 cm bounds and have at least a 2 cm gap. Those numbers are API validation bounds, not safety targets.
Speed messages
During a segment, speed messages are feedback against the template. Never accelerate or deepen movement simply to clear a message when doing so is uncomfortable. Stop and edit the template instead.
If a speed error appears before motion begins or causes a repeating screen loop, record the firmware version if shown, connect online for the supported update path, restart once, and contact support if it repeats. This guide does not claim a particular firmware version fixes the loop because the firmware history is unavailable here.
Failed attempts
The dashboard v2 API accepts a passed result and contains three-strike processing. The exact device wording and what a partner-configured template changes are version-dependent. A retry prompt is not an instruction to continue when you need to stop.
Unlisted or repeating error
- End the physical session and move away.
- Photograph or copy the exact message.
- Note the Trainer ID, selected toy, mode, network, and preceding action.
- Power-cycle only after you are safely clear.
- Email support@researchanddesire.com if it repeats.
