Check which device models and controls have been validated with RADR, known limits, and how to report a compatibility result.
Use this page before buying or connecting a third-party device. A model appearing in an upstream Bluetooth registry does not mean Research and Desire has validated it with RADR.
Start every new connection unloaded
Keep the connected device clear of the body, start at its lowest output, and verify pause or Stop before use. Disconnect immediately if a control behaves differently from the label on RADR.
Validation status
Last documentation review: 16 August 2026. The exact third-party firmware versions used in earlier tests were not recorded, so those combinations must be retested after either device receives an update.

Lockbox, Deep Throat Trainer, DG Labs Coyote, and other brands or models are not validated RADR integrations unless they appear in the table above with a validation status. Do not treat a device merely appearing during a scan as proof that every control is safe or supported.

Verify a connection
- Update only after reading Update RADR and the connected device's release instructions.
- Power on the target device and place it in its documented pairing or advertising mode.
- Follow Scan and Connect a Device.
- With the device unloaded, test the lowest output first.
- Test pause or Stop and confirm the physical device stops before continuing.
- Test one supported control at a time. Do not assume an advanced feature is mapped.
If a device is missing or behaves incorrectly
- Disconnect it and stop using the pairing until its behavior is understood.
- Record the RADR firmware version, exact brand and model, the other device's firmware version, and which control failed.
- Describe the expected and actual physical response. A short video is useful only when it can be recorded safely.
