Pairing controls account ownership and access. Wi-Fi supplies connectivity for settings, results, and update checks. One can fail while the other remains configured.
Create an account at dashboard.researchanddesire.com before pairing.
Transfer or account-access problem
The current owner should unpair the Trainer before transfer. If the owner cannot be reached or the original account is inaccessible, do not repeatedly claim the device. Email support@researchanddesire.com with the Trainer ID and available purchase details.
