Specifications
Charge over USB-C, verify the screen indication, and diagnose common power symptoms without unverified runtime claims.
Charge
- Switch the Trainer off and place it on a dry, stable surface.
- Inspect the USB-C port and cable. Do not connect power when either is wet or damaged.
- Connect a known-good USB-C cable, then connect its other end to a working USB power source.
- Confirm that the display shows a charging or battery indication.
- Disconnect the cable before mounting or training.

Stop charging and disconnect power if the device becomes unusually hot, swollen, odorous, leaking, or visibly damaged. Move it away from combustible material only when safe and contact support.
If no charging indication appears
- Verify the outlet or USB port with another device.
- Try another known-good USB-C cable and power source.
- Inspect the Trainer port without inserting tools.
- Leave a deeply discharged unit connected for a while, then check the display again. No exact recovery or full-charge time is published in this repository.
- If it powers only while connected or immediately shuts down after disconnecting, stop use and contact support.
Published limits
The repository does not provide a verified input rating, charge time, runtime, capacity, storage-charge percentage, or user battery-replacement procedure. Use only undamaged conventional USB power equipment and ask support@researchanddesire.com for hardware-specific limits.
Ready for setup
The Trainer boots while disconnected from USB and the display shows the Trainer ID. Continue to Charge and mount.
